Kankakee County Regional Planning Commission

The Kankakee County Regional Planning Commission is a recommending body of the Kankakee County Planning, Zoning, and Agriculture Committee.  It has a membership of two Kankakee County Board members and fifteen citizens from the community that have been appointed by the Kankakee County Board.

The Kankakee County Regional Planning Commission has acted as a citizens’ advisory committee on topics presented by Kankakee Area Transportation Study staff, such as the long range transportation plan and the transportation improvement program.
